All items are made to order.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer preference.
Minor scratches, slight distortions, and individual variations may occur as part of the production process and due to the natural qualities of the constituent materials.
We kindly ask for your understanding of these characteristics.
If your item arrives damaged, significantly different from the size ordered, or severely deformed to the extent that it cannot be worn, please contact us within 7 days of delivery via the contact form.
After confirmation, we will arrange a repair or replacement at our expense.
Please note that defect claims are accepted only for unused items.
Requests made after 7 days of delivery cannot be accommodated.
If you wish to request a size adjustment for reasons of personal preference, we offer paid resizing services.
In such cases, round-trip shipping fees and resizing costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that colors and textures may appear slightly different depending on your monitor or device settings.
For international orders, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted.
However, if a significant defect or incorrect item is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will investigate the matter and take appropriate action.
We cannot provide refunds for refusal to accept an order due to customs duties, import taxes, etc.
We carefully handcraft each item, so we appreciate your understanding when placing your order.
